Netlaw Media is delighted that you will be delivering a presentation at the ‘NXT GEN LEGAL IT 2020’ – IN CONJUNCTION WITH TIKIT event taking place on the 25th March 2020 at The BT Centre in London.

Following your acceptance and to enable us to include the correct details on all conference materials for this event, please kindly complete the below form as soon as possible.

Please note that Netlaw Media cannot publish any speakers information, without completion of the below. These details will be included on the event website, as well as all online and printed documents in the run-up to the event.

Important Information 

Should a speaker fail to confirm their presentation title and bullet point presentation synopsis,  this could result in exclusion from the onsite agenda within the show guide and all printed materials at the event. In some cases failure to confirm presentation titles and bullet points may result in the cancellation of your participation in the event.

    I am pleased to confirm that I accept the opportunity to create and deliver a presentation at the DELTAS conference, taking place on the 25th March 2020 at The BT Centre, London.

    • To enable Netlaw Media to market your participation well in advance of the event, we urge all Speakers to submit their presentation title and a bullet point synopsis by the 9th March 2020.
    • Pre-event Marketing and Guidelines

      In the run up to the event we request your permission and commitment to work with us to help promote your presence as a speaker. We know you have valuable insights and we want to share as much as we can with our audience.

      The below information highlights a selection of marketing campaigns which may be promoted on our website, social media platforms and emails. Please tick the relevant boxes below if you agree and would like to work with Netlaw Media.

      Please note: Netlaw Media are solely responsible for the topics and featured guests. All content will be approved by Netlaw Media before promotional activity in conjunction with the event begins.

      The deadline for campaigns to be promoted is the 1st March 2020. We are unable to market any content received after this time.

    • Bespoke Audio Content

      Netlaw Media will send you a selection of suggested dates to schedule in the recording. Once confirmed we will work with you to finalise the topic outline (we recommend that your content is related to the topics you will be presenting on at the show).

      You will receive an e-invitation and a link/phone number with instructions to dial in and record your audio. Netlaw Media will facilitate and introduce the speaker. We ask the speaker to mention the British Legal Technology Forum in the closing of the audio.

    By agreeing to participate in the event, the signatory gives Netlaw Media the right to use the participants biography, photo, presentation content, presentation slides and photos taken during for event and company promotion.

    Speaker Expense Claims

    Netlaw Media offers to reimburse speakers travel expenses should travelling to and from the event be made via public transport and an intention of claim be received by Netlaw Media prior to the event.

    Expenses will be reimbursed only upon the receipt of an invoice for travelling which must be accompanied by the original travel ticket or pass to and from the event on the day of the event, or the day previous and leaving on the day of the event. Travelling expenses will be reimbursed to a maximum of £80 per speaker, per event and will be reimbursed within 14 days of receipt of invoice and original travel ticket / pass.

    Claims for expenses are limited to public transport and will not be paid for any expenses including but not limited to flights, petrol, automobile wear and tear, meals, refreshments, accommodation, loss of work time, stolen or lost items etc. Expenses other than public transport costs will not be paid unless agreed in writing by a Director of Netlaw Media prior to the event.

    All claims for travel expenses must be received by Netlaw Media no later than 14 days following the event.
